What flow rate / circulation pump does the Powerbead filter require?
The Powerbead requires the entire pond volume to be re-circulated through the filter between 10 & 12 times every 24-hours - i.e. once every 2 hours (this applies to both models PB85 & PB200).
What resistance is offered by the Powerbead filter?
Calculated on a flow rate of 7,000-litres per hour:
PB85 = 0.17 Bar / 1.7metres
PB200 = 0.16 Bar / 1.6 metres
