FEATURES .. Hikari Gold is a daily diet containing carotenoid (a special colour enhancing ingredient) blended with NS germ (which possess the greatest colouration potential) and helps bring out the vibrant colours of your koi while helping them develop championship form. Hikari Gold is a floating type food that will not cloud the water. Floating foods allow the user to monitor the eating habits of their fish and adjust the amount of food as necessary. Hikari Gold is available in three pellet sizes offering easy consumption by all sizes of koi from baby to fully-grown. High in stabilized vitamin C, Hikari Gold promotes resistance to stress and immunity to infectious disease. All Hikari brand fish foods are manufactured by highly automated and specialized equipment under exacting quality controls, using the necessary ingredients developed by over 100 years of experience and research.

FEEDING .. When water temperature is consistently above 16 degrees C feed 1 to 2 times daily. Once pond water is consistently above 22 degrees C feed 2 to 4 times daily. Please do not feed more than your fish will eat within 3 to 5 minutes, removing any uneaten food after feeding period expires.
