Our Terms and Conditions - LKPS.
Please read carefully:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

LIVESTOCK

All of our Koi will be dispatched in healthy condition. Livestock will be dispatched in suitable packaging and couriered by experienced fish carriers, subject to a prior delivery date agreed with the purchaser. Prior to dispatch you will be notified of the planned delivery day and time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are present to receive the delivery. All deliveries of livestock are dispatched ENTIRELY at the risk of the purchaser.
All payments must be received prior to dispatch.

DRY GOODS

All dry goods must be inspected for damage or loss at the point of receipt. LKPS must be notified on the day of delivery of such a loss or damage claim. LKPS accept no liability after the event if the goods have been signed for as present and complete.
All dry goods must be paid for in full before despatch.
In the event of faulty goods, the purchaser must immediately contact LKPS to report the problem. Please refer to our returns policy below should the item need to be returned.

LKPS reserve the right to modify or amend, without prior notice, the item specification, availability or prices of any of our products.
Discounts are not applicable on any goods or livestock already on special offer or reduced to sell.

RETURNS

There is no return facility for any livestock under any circumstances.

Return of any goods must be under prior agreement with LKPS.

Any goods received Faulty/Damaged (dry goods) to be returned to LKPS must be formally agreed by LKPS in advance and an authorization code will be issued. LKPS will then issue an uplift of the goods by a courier. The customer will be informed of the collection date and (where possible) time. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the package can be collected in appropriate shipping packaging on the agreed date.

Please note that we do ship dry goods outside of the UK, but NOT livestock. If you require any products sending overseas please contact us for a price for delivery.
