Satisfaction looks to be the key word for Lambourn Koi, being desperate (after a pipe burst) I contacted Simon on Sunday afternoon for 2 lengths of pond hose, being concerned when he said it was not in stock at that time but he could “order” for me, I felt it would be at least a week before I could take receipt!
A number of dealers would have shipped complete roll’s direct to me as would Simon, however I only required 10 Meters of each, Simon ordered Monday received Tuesday and reshipped so I received my order Wednesday in the amount I asked for and at a super price!
Where can you get help nearly 24/7?
Simon is also “excellent” for Advice as can be seen on KPUK where he is Pond Health Adviser!

This forum posting is purely to 'THANK YOU' for all the advice and assistance you have given to me recently most of which has been by 'private e-mail' and therefore has not been immediately obvious to everyone else out there.
You have been extremely 'PATIENT' with me, and you have spent a lot of time preparing, and sending your replies to my exhaustive list of questions. You obviously have a 'GREAT' deal of knowledge in this game.
Most importantly, I would like to thank you for the Microscope you supplied me with, which arrived VERY QUICKLY and I am only now realising just how 'GOOD VALUE' the agreed price was.

When we had finished building our new pond and were ready to buy fish I was lucky enough to find Lambourn Koi & Pond Services and purchased some small koi. Simon called me to ask which ones from the photos on the web we wanted, and after a good chat I knew we had made a good decision buying from him.
As new pond keepers we had made several mistakes and had lots and lots of questions, Simon was on the end of the phone with lots of advice and solutions to our problems. He has been there for us every day and yes I do mean every day over the past few months, no matter what the problem from water purity levels to fish with Koi Pox he has helped every time.
In May whilst we were on holiday our UV died so we came back to a very green pond, Simon came all the way to Bristol to help out and it actually turned out that not only was our UV light not working but the filter we had was too small for the size of our pond. Simon set us up with a Nexus 200 and even helped install it and this along with a new UV light brought the pond back to normal.
Since then we have purchased some of Simons larger fish and were happy in the knowledge that not only are they good looking fish at reasonable prices but they are healthy as well, if there is anything wrong at all with a fish Simon will not let it go until he is 100% sure the fish is fit and well.
We still have lots of questions and Simon has never lost patience with us he just reassures and gives advice, we would never have made it to the stage we are at without him.
I can highly recommend Lambourn Koi and Pond Supplies to anyone. Simon is great and so is his service.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lambourn Koi for the last 8 months. Due to a demanding work schedule I spend a significant amount of time travelling abroad. I was introduced to Simon via a mutual friend, after a near disaster when my pump failed during one of my trips away.
